Artificial Intelligence in Green Algorithms
The citizen science project defined by ingenyus* for the UDC, within the framework of the Inditex–UDC Chair in Artificial Intelligence in Green Algorithms, aims to bring society closer to the debate on the environmental impact of artificial intelligence. Through a participatory digital experience, citizens are invited to reflect on and share their perceptions of AI, its relevance, and its impact on sustainability.
At ingenyus*, we were responsible for conceptualising, designing, and driving this initiative, developing the landing page, the participation form, and the introductory video. The result is an accessible, visual, and engaging proposal that fosters social involvement in today’s technological and environmental challenges.
Landing page design and development
We created a landing page with a clean, modern, and functional visual aesthetic, designed to capture attention from the very first moment. We used a contemporary and light colour palette based on UDC’s corporate colours, combined with an attractive and professional look that encourages users to explore the content.
In addition, we structured consistent visual elements—icons, micro-animations, and graphic hierarchy—that intuitively guide users through the landing page. Its usability and accessibility ensure a smooth experience across all devices and actively encourage participation.
Form design
The form was designed to be clear, approachable, and visually engaging, encouraging natural and frictionless participation. Each question is carefully sequenced and written in accessible language that invites users to share their views on the impact of artificial intelligence.
Integrated with the same modern aesthetic as the site, the form reinforces visual coherence across the experience. Its immersive design helps users feel motivated to respond, increasing both response rates and the quality of participation.
Video production
We produced a short video designed to capture attention and engage viewers from the very first seconds. Its clear narrative structure and carefully crafted visual style complete the participatory journey, adding emotion and context to both the form and the overall message.
Its concise duration and dynamic pacing are tailored to current digital consumption formats, maximising effectiveness across social media and other online dissemination channels.
