Rural bioeconomy, biodiversity and the valorisation of mountain knowledge
event support
Ruraltxa’s participation in fairs and events required precise and cross-functional management to ensure that each presence was delivered smoothly and with a strong brand expression. At ingenyus*, we assumed this role as both intermediary and end-to-end manager, coordinating with event organisers to oversee timelines, technical requirements, material delivery and the correct execution of every detail.
Our work covered the complete management of all elements required for participation: coordination with organisers, logistical follow-up, material rental, recruitment of support staff when needed, submission of final artwork and supervision of deliveries. This was complemented by the conceptualisation of on-site dynamics and resources designed to enhance the project’s visibility within each event, aiming not only for flawless execution but for a distinctive, clear and memorable presence.

brand applications and material design
As a natural extension of the event work, at ingenyus* we developed a range of brand applications to ensure that Ruraltxa’s identity —also articulated through the concept of Saberes do monte— remained coherent, recognisable and effectively executed across different contexts. The objective was not only to apply the brand, but to make it work consistently across a wide variety of formats, supports and environments.

We designed stands and exhibition elements, carefully balancing visibility, clarity of message and adaptation to the specific needs of each event. We also developed graphic materials such as flyers and supporting pieces, structuring information in a clear and accessible way while reinforcing the project’s visual identity. In addition, we proposed ideas for merchandising and applied resources, always grounded in the project’s values and its connection to territory, biodiversity and traditional land use.
The result was a system of applications capable of supporting the project across its various physical touchpoints, strengthening its identity and bringing coherence to its visual communication. Each piece, format and space was conceived as an opportunity to consolidate a more recognisable image and to amplify the reach of a project committed to rural development, conservation and the bioeconomy.
