A meeting point between research, universities and the business sector
The Industrial Doctorates Programme of the Axencia Galega de Innovación funds the training of highly qualified research personnel through 15 doctoral theses carried out in companies and technology centres in collaboration with Galician universities, with the aim of fostering R&D and knowledge transfer. Within this framework, a welcome event is proposed for the 15 individuals beginning their training in 2025, together with the host organisations and thesis supervisors.
At ingenyus, we supported GAIN in the comprehensive management of two editions of this event, held in 2025 and 2026, taking on both the responsibilities of the technical secretariat and the design and production of all materials required for its execution.
full event organisation
The overall coordination of the event was carried out, acting as the main point of contact between all stakeholders: doctoral candidates, host companies, and universities. This work included managing communications, overseeing the registration process, and controlling attendee check-in, ensuring structured planning and a smooth experience from the initial call to the event itself.
Key production and logistics tasks were also undertaken, such as venue booking and setup, drafting the event schedule, and coordinating associated services, including catering and host staff. Relationships with external suppliers—particularly in the audiovisual field—were also managed, and a script was developed for the event host, ensuring narrative coherence and the proper flow of the event.

Participating organizations receive personalized support, training, and technical advice from a team of experts, who tailor solutions to their specific business needs.
graphic design and visual development
In parallel, a comprehensive visual identity for the event was developed, creating a coherent image aligned with the programme’s objectives. This approach provided the event with a distinctive and recognisable personality, applicable across all materials and touchpoints.
Additionally, presentation materials used during the event were designed and formatted, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high visual quality. Key supporting graphic elements—such as roll-ups and a photocall—were also created, reinforcing institutional visibility and contributing to a polished and professional visual environment.
