Artificial intelligence to understand microbial life
Olobion is a biotechnology company located in the Parc Científic de Barcelona, specializing in the comprehensive analysis of omics data using artificial intelligence. Its technological platform, OloMAP, enables clients to analyze biological samples with high operational efficiency. Offering services in metabolomics, lipidomics, and proteomics, Olobion collaborates with sectors such as healthcare, nutrition, and the environmental industry, providing solutions grounded in science and data.
At ingenyus*, we supported Olobion in consolidating its visual identity with a strategic and technical approach. The goal was to build a strong, flexible brand image aligned with its growth, facilitating clear and differentiated communication. Finally, we extended this new identity into the digital space through a complete redesign of its website.

We began the work with an audit of the existing logo, identifying necessary improvements in legibility, proportion, and usability. From there, we developed an optimized new version and selected a modern, Google-compatible typeface that conveys rigor without losing approachability.

We also designed a sub-brand specifically for their OloMAP platform, giving it its own visual personality while maintaining a connection to the parent brand. Additionally, we defined a graphic system for the company’s three main services: metabolomics, lipidomics, and proteomics. For each, we developed a specific color palette and an adapted version of the logo, allowing each service line to communicate with its own distinct personality within a unified visual ecosystem.

After defining the visual identity, we focused on its deployment across key communication materials for Olobion. We designed a corporate presentation template that not only conveys professionalism and scientific rigor but also allows their team to adapt content flexibly and consistently. We also created an informational brochure, structured to clearly present their value proposition, the services they offer, and the distinctive advantages of the OloMAP technology.

For promotional settings such as conferences, trade shows, or networking events, we developed a tote bag with an attractive and functional design, intended as both a branding tool and a means of outreach. We completed this set of applications with a corporate roll-up, serving as a visual reinforcement piece in any exhibition space. The entire collection was created following the new graphic line, ensuring visual cohesion, ease of use, and a professional image ready to communicate effectively.

Finally, we brought this new identity into the digital space with a complete redesign of Olobion’s website. We proposed a clearer content architecture, simple navigation, and an aesthetic aligned with the new visual identity. The result is a modern, accessible, and coherent platform that reinforces the brand’s scientific positioning and enhances the user experience at every level.
