The Spanish Drug Discovery Network, known by the acronym SDDN, is an organisation that brings together scientists, companies, and research centres with the aim of fostering collaboration and advancing the discovery of new drugs. Over the years, it has established itself within the Spanish scientific community by promoting an annual meeting, webinars, and a range of activities that facilitate knowledge exchange and the development of innovation in this field.
At ingenyus*, we work closely with SDDN to strengthen its impact, taking responsibility for event organisation, digital presence management, and the design of materials that reinforce its identity.
Management of the annual event and outreach activities
The most important event organised by SDDN is its annual meeting, a forum that brings together experts in drug discovery from different sectors. At ingenyus*, we are responsible for managing the event, ensuring that all graphic and visual elements reflect the organisation’s professionalism and prestige. We design all tangible materials associated with the event, including merchandising, banners, roll-ups, posters, badges, and signage. We also handle the layout and design of attendance certificates, paying close attention to detail to ensure a coherent visual experience fully aligned with the network’s identity.
Beyond the annual event, SDDN carries out an extensive outreach programme through the organisation of multiple webinars throughout the year. At ingenyus*, we take full responsibility for the comprehensive management of these virtual events, ensuring that each session runs smoothly and effectively.
Digital communication and graphic design
SDDN’s digital presence is a key component of its communication strategy. At ingenyus*, we provide end-to-end management of its social media channels, designing and creating content that consistently reflects the organisation’s identity and objectives. We are responsible for planning and publishing posts, maintaining close and continuous coordination with the SDDN team to ensure that all information is validated and fully aligned with its overall strategy.
Our collaboration with SDDN also includes ongoing design support, adapting to its evolving needs and optimising the visual presentation of its content. We have worked on the layout and design of corporate presentations, providing a more attractive and professional format that enhances the communication of its message to different audiences.
Website management and optimisation
We also manage the maintenance and regular updates of the website, ensuring that all relevant information is always available to users. Our tasks include uploading and updating the annual event programme, as well as managing the virtual poster hall, a key feature of SDDN’s annual meeting. In addition, we carry out ongoing adjustments and improvements to the platform to optimise user experience and ensure smooth access to all resources.
