Strategy, management, and comprehensive sustainable design
Organization of the final event for the 3rd and 4th editions of the Responsabilízate program by the Xunta de Galicia. This initiative provides 100% free advisory services aimed at supporting SMEs and microenterprises within Galicia’s business ecosystem in their transition toward environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable business models.
We were involved from the initial planning phase through to operational coordination on the day of the event, including graphic design, production of visual elements, supplier management, logistics, and audiovisual coverage. A cross-functional effort that ensured consistency, dynamism, and an outcome aligned with the program’s values.

Coordination of the closing event for the 3th and 4th edition of the Responsabilízate program, promoted by the Regional Government of Galicia. This initiative continues to offer free, specialized support to small and medium-sized Galician companies to encourage their transition towards more responsible, sustainable models that are aligned with ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria.
Participating organizations receive personalized support, training, and technical advice from a team of experts, who tailor solutions to their specific business needs.

Our involvement began in the early stages of event design and planning, which brought together in both editions nearly 400 attendees linked to the program.
At ingenyus*, we took on the complete coordination of the event, working closely with the client’s team and managing supplier relations. The project integrated design, marketing, technical, and operational support throughout the event.
comprehensive management and design
We took care of defining and organizing the spatial and temporal structure of the event, as well as developing all the elements that built its visual identity and corporate atmosphere: set design, graphic supports such as roll-ups, props, and photocalls, among others.
We also coordinated all the teams and services involved: hostesses/hosts, catering, management of attendees and authorities, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. The result was a well-attended event, documented in detail by our photography and video services.
