Open innovation hub
Work carried out to promote the CSIC Open Innovation Hub, a tool to facilitate the effective transfer of knowledge to society, through the generation of links of trust between the CSIC and the agents of the innovation ecosystem. The objective of this Hub is to make the CSIC visible as a reference in scientific, technological and social innovation, and to contribute to strengthening the innovation ecosystem of Spain.
The participation of ingenyus* corresponds to a comprehensive service that ranges from brand creation and naming, to the application and execution of tools aimed at communicating the program and its presentation to society.
strategy
This collaboration includes participation in the strategic design, organization and planning of the program in terms of attracting potential entities interested in participating in the project. In this sense, the most relevant aspects of the process are considered to be efficiently and effectively addressing the upper part of the funnel (publicizing the initiative) as well as the conversion (getting entities of interest to participate in it).
brand and applications
The project as a whole included the definition of the brand identity and the development of all the necessary applications such as roll-ups, presentations, corporate documents, brochures, materials, etc. Ingenyus* also ensured correct and appropriate use of the brand in all communication actions during the duration of the project.
One of the differentiating aspects is the choice of naming: CONVERGE, which has allowed “playing” with the necessary derivations aligned with the initiative: co-create, collaborate, etc..

We design and produce the corporate website which has acted as the backbone of digital communication.
The most notable aspect of the website is the simple explanation of the call and the design of a system of forms aimed at facilitating and managing the recruitment of interested entities.
social media
We develop a comprehensive communication plan focused on its promotion by the entities promoting the event. Communication has focused both on the launch of the program and on the participating entities.
presentation event
As a notable aspect of the program, we highlight both the presentation event at the CSIC as well as the webinar format aimed at the presentation of the call, with the participation of leading companies as well as the Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities, Diana Morant..
