RIES, where the future of health and sustainability converge.
The RIES Forum, is a meeting point for thought leaders and professionals from both the public and private healthcare sectors, united by a common goal: to revolutionize healthcare by shaping a more innovative and sustainable future.
True to its annual nature, the RIES Forum continues to consolidate its position—after more than 10 editions—as a key platform for addressing the challenges of the healthcare sector. Over its two-day agenda, it focuses on fundamental pillars such as personalized medicine, biomedicine, hybrid care, and healthcare circularity.
The event combines keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking spaces, fostering dialogue and collaboration among industry leaders, and reinforcing its role as a benchmark in the transformation toward a more innovative and sustainable healthcare system.

At RIES, we have adapted the Forum’s logo design over the last two editions, updating the claim, date, and structuring the composition of its different elements. The logo captures the essence of the identity with a modern appearance that symbolizes innovation and progress in the sector.
In addition, we selected color palettes that express the Forum’s identity, symbolizing trust, professionalism, health, and sustainability. The graphic identity thus reflects a balance between collaborative innovation and the transformation of the healthcare sector.

web design & development
Following the validation of the brand identity and color palette, we proceeded with the design and development of the website. The objective was to effectively communicate the new edition of the forum, highlighting aspects such as its commitment to sustainable and healthy development.
The result is an attractive and professional website, designed with a clean and modern aesthetic that faithfully reflects the essence of the RIES Forum. Built for intuitive navigation, it offers a smooth and accessible experience for all types of users. In addition, SEO optimization was prioritized, ensuring strong organic positioning on Google, allowing the RIES Forum to effectively reach a global audience committed to innovation and sustainability in healthcare.

The website is fully responsive, ensuring easy and consistent navigation from any device. This way, users can enjoy an intuitive and pleasant experience at all times, regardless of whether they are accessing from a computer, phone or tablet.
graphic desgin
Following the consolidation of the RIES identity and the web design and development process, we carried out a comprehensive graphic design project, which evolves each year. This project addressed both digital media and the visual elements of the event, creating a cohesive identity across its digital and physical formats. This integration resulted in a strong visual concept, facilitating effective communication with the target audience.

During the latest editions, we were responsible for creating all physical event materials, such as photocalls, roll-ups, signage, and other elements, maintaining the RIES visual identity. This approach helped generate a unified and visually appealing space that enhanced the attendee experience.

At the same time, we developed all the digital elements used during the event, such as presentation slides, digital lectern design, projection graphics, and dynamic visual content, among others. This integration allowed for a seamless fusion of physical and digital elements, creating a cohesive environment perfectly aligned with the RIES aesthetic.

communication
We designed and executed the entire digital communication strategy for RIES24 and RIES25, managing platforms such as LinkedIn and Mailchimp, and implementing an email marketing strategy aligned with the event’s launch and structure.
The communication was structured into three main phases:
- Launch: Creation of informative content to generate anticipation and attract the audience, sparking interest and excitement around the event.
- Mid-phase: Development of detailed content about the program, highlighting keynote sessions and introducing invited speakers.
- Final phase: Event reminders, followed by post-event content such as acknowledgements and closing messages.
To execute this strategy, we took care of both the creation of visual content (images, posters, graphics) and copywriting, ensuring a clear and attractive message.
This structured planning allowed us to reinforce the digital presence of the event, effectively communicating the key points to the target audience and maximizing its impact in the digital environment.
